Start each day with purpose. Health is Wealth reminds us that caring for our bodies, minds, and spirits doesn’t require much time just intention. These simple 5-minute wellness tips encourage gentle movement, mindful nourishment, and prayer, helping you begin the day refreshed, focused, and centered in God’s presence.

Oh Taste and See’s: Goodness on a Plate

Cowboy Caviar
Mix peas, veggies, vinegar, mustard & olive oil. Chill 1 hr. Serves 8.

Come hungry leave inspired! 🍽️ Oh Taste and See Food Ministry is serving up an easy, flavorful Cowboy Caviar recipe that’s simple to make and big on taste. Perfect as a snack, side, or crowd-pleaser, this fresh dish reminds us that good food brings people together. Join us as we share practical recipes and fellowship because when you taste and see, you’ll know that goodness is meant to be shared.


Ingredients

• 12 oz. pkg black-eyed peas, frozen

• ¼ cup apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar

• 1 Tbsp stone ground or Dijon mustard

• 1 clove garlic, minced

• 1 Tbsp olive oil

• ½ tsp salt

• 1 stalk celery, chopped

• 4 bell peppers (any color), chopped

• 1 cup sweet corn, frozen

• ⅓ cup cilantro, finely chopped

• 1 ripe avocado, diced

• 2 Roma tomatoes, diced

• Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Servings: 8

1. Prepare black-eyed peas according to package directions.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together vinegar, Dijon mustard, and olive oil. Add garlic, salt, black-eyed peas, and remaining vegetables; mix well.
