Meet our Pastor leader, teacher, and shepherd. Pastor Cooper is committed to God’s Word and to serving His people.  Pastor H.D. Cooper, Sr.  is a native of Dallas, Texas and was born to a legacy of faith accepting Christ at an early age. After his tour in the U.S. Navy, he returned home and served under his biological and father in the ministry at The Rock. He has devoted countless years in training for such a time as this and to this ministry.  He has been married for over thirty years and is a proud father and grandfather. He has an unconditional love for God's people.

Pastor H.D. Cooper, Sr.’s vision is to lead God’s people through the clear and uncompromising teaching of His Word, equipping believers to live out their faith with purpose, discipline, and love. Rooted in a legacy of faith and shaped by years of preparation and service, his calling is to shepherd God’s people with wisdom, integrity, and compassion.

He is committed to building a church that honors God, nurtures spiritual growth, strengthens families, and prepares each generation to walk boldly in their God-given purpose. With an unconditional love for God’s people, Pastor Cooper believes in serving faithfully while trusting God’s timing knowing that the vision He has given will speak, will endure, and will surely come to pass.
